Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Lakeside Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 242 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
