Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in San Jose, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
