Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Vista Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around San Jose, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
