Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Cedar Telecom Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
