Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Jose, CA)

Lumen Meridian Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
