Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Jose, CA)

Bright Bridge Arts Center is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification.
