Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Fern Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the San Diego area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
