Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield West Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around San Diego design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
