Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Maple Water Authority Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
