Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Diego, CA)

Fernwood Juniper Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
