Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Thistle Construction and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
