Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Ashton Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Antonio with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 540 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
