Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Westbrook Stone Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
