Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Antonio. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
