Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Loom Medical Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
