Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Field Staffing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • PMP or CAPM certification.
