Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
