Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Mill Freight is a San Antonio logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 202 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
