Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Willow Medical is a San Antonio company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
