Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Sparrow Facilities is a facilities company in Salt Lake City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
