Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Fern Facilities is a facilities company in Salt Lake City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
