Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Nova Drift Environmental Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
