Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
