Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
