Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Bright Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
