Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Wren Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 875 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
