Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Glen Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Sacramento with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 476 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
