Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Sable Staffing is a Sacramento staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving retention. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
