Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Maple Community Partners is a Sacramento charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
