Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Junction Community Partners is a Sacramento charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
