Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Hollow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
