Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight River Staffing Group is a Sacramento staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
