Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
