Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Basin Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
