Bluepeak North Pharma Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 351 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification.
