Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Hollow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
