Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight Kestrel Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
