Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Richmond, VA)

Summit Meadow Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Richmond. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 917 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
