Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Harbor Energy is an energy provider in Richmond focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
