Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Stone Energy is an energy provider in Richmond focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
