Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Amber Housing manages affordable housing communities across Richmond, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
