Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Forge Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
