Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Richmond presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
