Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Loom Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Reno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Reno. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
