Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Reno, NV)

Northwind Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Reno area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
