Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Orchard Energy is an energy provider in Reno focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
