Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Cedar Harbor Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
