Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Reno, NV)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Reno plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
