Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Reno, NV)

Redstone Haven Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
