Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Reno with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
